



YOGA

I trained with Breath Body Earth as a Yoga Teacher (200HR) in 2023. I now know teaching yoga, sharing movement, mindfulness and peace with others is a calling I never knew I had.
​​
As well as practicing yoga for exercise, I also use yoga as a tool to calm my mind, so my approach as a teacher is focusing on mind, body & soul, bringing in meditation alongside movement. As a trained Breathwork Coach, I also incorporate breathwork into my classes.​ I love to be moved by music when I practice, so I like to teach with music too. ​​​​​​

ONLINE CLASSES

MONDAYS
7:30PM - YIN YOGA
Yin yoga is a slow practice where poses are held for much longer, allowing for a deep stretch, improving flexibility and releasing tension from the body. This is a restorative class and focuses on mind, body and soul, using breathwork, meditation and music to help cultivate presence and peace.

5:15PM - VINYASA FLOW
​A Yin & Yang class, focusing on both calming the nervous system and strengthening the body. Using breathwork and meditation to bring peace and relaxation, strong & strengthening poses to build muscle as well as a deep stretch to support flexibility.​​
​
6:15PM - YIN YOGA
A slow, restorative class, infused with breathwork, meditation and delicious yoga postures held for several minutes at a time, allowing for a deep stretch, relaxing and opening the body to release tension.
